CANCELLATION POLICY & DEPOSITS REQUIRED

1.  A non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking your appointment. Your deposit secures your appointment and indicates your intention to attend.  If I do not receive your deposit within 24 hours of booking then the time slot will be allocated to another waiting client.

2.  Deposits are transferable to another date and/or time (within a reasonable timescale).  In the case of a “no-show” or late cancellation the deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable as it pays towards the time allocated to you.

3. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the date/time of the appointment - in the event of later cancellation the deposit can not be refunded or transferred.

Nail surgery -  from £400 (as a package) - price to be discussed at consultation

Surgery is performed primarily for persistent ingrowing or thickened nails in order to alleviate infection.  Either the whole nail or a portion may be removed depending on the cause & extent of the issue.

The procedure involves the use of a local anaesthetic to enable a pain free removal of the nail.  A chemical called Phenol is also then applied to prevent the nail growing back.  Full healing can take from 6 to 10 weeks post surgery.

If more than 1 nail requires to be operated on there is an additional charge of £50 to cover the additional time required for the operation

Initial Appointment  -  £60.00 (Inc treatment)

A full assessment including a circulation (vascular) and neurological  (nerve) review. Medical history and any prescribed and non prescribed medication is noted. Diagnosis & Treatment plan agreed. This appointment required if you have not consulted Kate in last 12 months.  Appointment time up to 45 minutes.

Routine Appointment - from £45.00 (following an Initial Appointment & Treatment)

Nail cutting, thickened, damaged or infected nails reduced and treated with the professional file/burr.  Corns and calluses reduced/removed. Heels smoothed. Emollient application and massage.  Advice issued.
